The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) states that this can be extended to a further two months if the request is complex or if we have received multiple requests from an individual, whereas the CPPA/ CPRA allows for an extension of up to an additional 45 days if the request is complex or there are multiple from an individual.  8.2 It is important to note that unless you have subscribed to our email newsletter, we do not hold information on you within a database.
